Graduation Announcements

If you are interested in ordering graduation announcements, please use the options below. This will close on November 21st.

Do NOT order your cap and gowns from Jostens. We will order them.

Cap and Gowns

Please make sure to send to Ms. Bell (cbell@ccboe.com) your height and weight by November 1st, so we can order your cap and gowns.

Senior Pictures

If you have not taken your senior picture, please follow the directions to book your session. All students should get their picture taken for the yearbook, awards, etc.

Pictures will be October 8th and 9th beginning at 2:30 pm at McDonough. Please go to prestigeportraits.com to schedule your appointment. To locate your photo code, enter the school's city and state, find Maurice J. McDonough, type in your name and access code should appear.

Senior Dues

Senior dues are $140 until December 31st, and then they are $150. Senior dues cover items like Caps and Gowns, graduation fees, the Senior Picnic, etc. They do not cover the yearbook. A QR code will be loaded on the Senior Information Night PowerPoint. You may also bring cash or check to the Main Office. Questions on how to pay senior dues can be emailed to Ms. Adair (cadair@ccboe.com).

Scholarships and Acceptance Letters

As you begin to receive scholarship offers, college acceptance letters, trade school letters, military acceptances, and job offers, please send all information to our College and Career Advisor, Ms. Holcomb (tholcomb@ccboe.com). This will ensure we can track our graduates' plans and to ensure it gets published in the graduation program. Even if you do not know your final plans or if you will accept a scholarship, all should be emailed to Ms. Holcomb.
